- We only collect business contact details and what you send us.
- We never see your card number. PayPal handles payment.
- We don't sell your data and our website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

1. Who is responsible
Smail (스매일), a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea (owner and privacy officer: Kim Sangho, business registration no. 673-30-01804), operates RenewPage and is responsible for your data. Contact: hello@renewpage.com.

For people in the EU and UK, our legal bases are: your consent (early-access form), our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to businesses (introductory email and previews), performing our contract with you (orders), and legal obligations (tax records).
3. Introductory emails
We may send a business one email about our service, using a work email address that the business published itself. That email says where we found the address and how to opt out. We collect only the business name, the published work email and public website content, from your own website or public business listings. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing: if you reply "no thanks" or ask us to stop, we stop immediately and permanently, keeping only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again.
4. Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent your data. We use these service providers, only for the purposes above:
- Zoho (email hosting)
- PayPal (payments)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Supabase (secure storage of early-access form entries)
- Google (order records spreadsheet and file sharing)
- AI service providers such as Anthropic, which process your public website content to help us create designs. We do not give them payment information.
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the Republic of Korea. Where required, they protect it with standard contractual safeguards. We also share data if the law requires it.

Data is transferred over encrypted connections when you submit the form or email us, and kept for the periods in section 5. The European Commission has recognised the Republic of Korea as providing adequate protection. You can refuse these transfers by not using the form or our service; in that case we cannot provide previews or orders.
5. How long we keep it
- Early-access form entries and introductory email records: up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Do-not-contact list: as long as needed to respect your request.
- Orders, invoices and payment records: 5 years, as required by Korean tax law.
- Preview files of businesses that did not order: deleted within 6 months.
When a retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, we delete electronic records permanently so they cannot be restored, and shred any paper records.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, withdraw consent, or receive a copy. Email hello@renewpage.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have similar rights; we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
7. Our website
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your language choice in your own browser so the page opens in the same language next time.
8. Security and children
We protect data with access controls and encrypted connections. Our service is for businesses and is not directed at children.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
