Full Design Package delivered

Manufacturing drawings, circuit & PCB, parts list, datasheets, CAD source files (STEP) and virtual tests. Files you own. Take them to any manufacturer you choose.

Sample project

gramfit — a pet feeder that serves to the gram.

Most automatic feeders measure food by volume, so a "50 g" meal can be several grams off. Starting from a one-line idea, we produced a full prototype package for a feeder built to serve every meal to the gram — and checked the design in simulation before any part was made.

What we do — and what we don't

We do

  • Turn your idea into a free 3D concept, then a prototype-ready design package
  • Test the design with math and simulation — catching spec errors before you pay for a prototype
  • If you need a patent attorney, we can introduce independent licensed firms (you contract with them directly; we receive no fees).

We don't

  • Certification testing or sign-off (CE, FCC, UL, KC)
  • Injection-mold approval — your mold maker's DFM review is required
  • Medical, aviation or automotive safety parts, or weapons
  • Draft patent claims, give patentability opinions or file patent applications
  • Guarantees that replace physical testing, finished firmware code, or finding you a manufacturer or licensee

Projects with high-pressure fluids, mains-powered internals, large battery packs, structural or heat-critical parts, or 4+ layer / RF circuit boards need a review by a qualified engineer before production.

Designs and simulations are engineering estimates, not certification or a guarantee of safety. You are responsible for physical testing, certification and product liability.
